Your Client ID is the FIRST FOUR letters of your Last Name and the LAST FOUR digits of your Social Security Number. Your password is your entire Social Security number without dashes.

For example, if your name is Joe Smith and your Social Security number is 123-45-6789, your Client ID would be SMIT6789 and your password would be 123456789.
