Your Client ID is: NNNNSSSS, where
NNNN is: the FIRST four letters of your LAST name,
SSSS is: the LAST four digits of your social security
number.
Your password is: your Social Security number, without
any dashes.
Example: If your name is Joe Smith and Social Security
number is 123-45-6789, then your
Client ID would be:
SMIT6789
Password would be:
123456789
