TOP Q - What services can I offer clients through TaxHelp911.com? A - We offer a wide range of services. Federal and State (all states), and local tax preparation for personal and business. Bank products such as Refund Anticipation Loans and Electronic Refund Checks. Accounting and Bookkeeping service on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis. Payroll services, including direct deposit. Business Startup services, including Strategic Incorporation Service. Business planning and advising. IRS representation, including Audits and Offer in Compromise. Essentially if you can think of it, we offer it. If we offer a service that you do not yet know the in and outs of, we can work on it on the back end, while you work with the client. You will be able to offer every service available from the start, and do the work personally on those services you wish to work on, yet still make money on the services you are not yet familiar with by allowing us to prepare the actual work. TOP Q - What if I don't want to prepare taxes? A - No Problem. You can concentrate on building a client base without doing the data input work. Simply scan/send the paper work to us for preparation by a tax preparer in the TaxHelp911.com Network. All you need to do is collect the source documents from clients and scan them into our virtual office or fax them to us. It's very fast. We assign the client work out to another preparer in our network, who data inputs the return information. That assigned preparer can then either contact you, or the client directly with any questions per your instructions. When the return is finished, you collect payment directly on our website ("Pay Bill" button at top of website) and then we release the tax return to the government, client, and preparer.
